Reason for Trip: Business in Silcon Valley
Great one bedroom suite. The bedroom was massive and had a large bathtub that the kids enjoyed. The living room was just as large. DirecTV was also an unexpected surprise.
The breakfast area could have been a little larger, it was very cramped and seemed to only have 6 tables. There wasn't enough room for everyone to sit.

I have been staying at the Clarion Inn on Monterey Road in San Jose for several weeks. This hotel is by far the best hotel in the area, for the money. The rooms are good size, clean and have been remodeled fairly recently. The TV's are all large flat screens with a lot of channels. Breakfast is wonderful and FREE. I stay in one of the rooms that offer the jacuzzi tub because I have a bad back. Rooms on the 3rd floor ... view moreLike this review?Yes|Flag Abuse
I enjoyed my recent stay. The DirecTV was great, and the morning breakfast was decent. There were hard boiled eggs, bagels, nice big waffles, cereal, apple and orange juice, along with muffins, toast, yogurt, bananas, and oatmeal packets.
Bed was comfortable with nice pillows and air conditioning in room worked nicely.
Stayed here for a couple of nights during my annual mini-vacation to the south bay area will stay here again next year if I do the same trip. I only payed $71 per night (before taxes) which was a great value. I liked the look of the hotel inside and out. Outside, nice buildings and grounds. Inside, great looking lobby area and hallways. My room was clean and undamaged and had a lot of amenities. It certainly looks li... view moreLike this review?Yes|Flag Abuse
Have stayed here on business a couple of times. The room is always clean and comfortable. Staff fairly friendly and accomidating. Not much within walking distance so if you don't have a car, you are pretty well stuck. There are plenty of places to eat near by.Like this review?Yes|Flag Abuse
I booked this hotel through Expedia for a brief business trip, and I enjoyed my stay. I got a first floor room facing the road (neither set-up is my favorite), but the room was spacious, clean, comfy, and even had an extra sink outside of the bathroom. everything was in good working order. No problems with noise.
Breakfast was well-stocked and well-maintained. Mostly continental, with some boiled eggs and fruits, ... view more

My fiance and I recently took a roadtrip up the California coast. Of the three hotels/motels that we stayed in, the Clarion Inn Silicon Valley was probably the nicest. We got a room by the road that featured a microwave/fridge combo, a large sink vanity, a flat-screen TV, and decent furnishings. My fiance particularly appreciated the five pillows on the bed (two different types for whatever your preference). I apprec... view moreLike this review?Yes|Flag Abuse
