Cannot say enough about this store. Treated with respect and shown some of the best values in pianos

Bought a Kawai K-300 piano and we are estatic at our home. I have written three reviews for these guys, just because I am so sold on the quality of the people that work at this family owned business.

But I am more impressed with the quality of this piano and how beautiful this piano looks in our home…just gorgeous.

I think after all the research I have done, I am now an expert for recommending the Kawai K-300 as the best deal in the small piano world. My Kids are convincing me every moment they touch the piano.

A McBain-Carnes Piano the choice for quality piano service and information.

Buying a piano

Shopping every store and online facility was a nightmare until we came to A McBain-Carnes piano company. They listened and learned our needs and price range. They told us quality was always the way to go and they said it would cost us less to buy quality and pay the upfront price first then to suffer the pangs of a discounted price. We bought a Kawai grand 7' beauty and got such a good piano that the cost is already forgotten. Every teacher and tech and friends say it is the best piano they have ever played or seen in any home.

It was the dealer who made this all possible. We paid $45,000.00 for a concert grand piano and we are loving it. I think we have gotten our money out of it already. We traded a cheap Perzina grand that had problems and the dealer that sold this piece of crap is now closing their doors, are we not surprized.

Buy from A McBain and be very glad you did!

Best piano deals ...Here!

Went to look for a peninsula piano broker of the best pianos in silicon valley, and only Carnes piano had the selection and price point for bargains. Kawai and Pre-owned pianos were in great abundance, better than any other store.
The sales lady went the extra mile to find me the best piano to fit my needs, it was not about the money and this was really evident.

This is the kind of sales treatment that makes buy something a real pleasure and a very happy experience.

Every other store I found used car sales people with pressure beyond belief...ugly. Not at this store, no sir, best people person in the bay area!

Happy Experience

After visiting most or perhaps all piano stores within the San Francisco Bay Area, Carnes Piano offered the best and most professional service among all dealers. They provided me with accurate and useful information that made the purchase easier for me and my family. We were also very sastisfied with the great mix of pianos they offer that for the most part were high quality instruments.
I gladly recommend to any-body to visit them.

Super piano Store!

After shopping for pianos around the entire Bay Area found the Carnes McBain outfit and buy were they just a pleasant operation compared to all the rest. Nice selection and nice people to deal with, went back three times before deciding on a piano.
Price was really good about 30% less than other dealers and the delivery was instant. One guy just moved it in without any ado and helped move our furniture without asking for extra $$$$, we tipped him but boy what service.

Old fashioned service like the old days....

Obviously I will send my friends and family to this place for a bargain piano and great service.

I just bought a Kawai CP139 fo...

I just bought a Kawai CP139 for a total of $3,600.

I first went to Carnes piano in San Jose, CA.  Talked with Bozkurt.  He was extremely helpful in explaining sound and performance differences across product lines.  They didn't have any CPs to try out.  I went to LA for business.  Visited a Kawai dealer there.  They helped me decide on the model I wanted but I was wary of their price--around $4,800.  I saw people online talking about prices closer to $3,800, but wasn't sure if I could trust a forum post.  I called Bozkurt just to compare prices and without telling him the LA price or the online price he quoted about $3,800!!  I was pretty bugged that the LA store tried to get me to pay so much more.  Went back to Carnes as soon as I got home.  Final price $3,500 after shipping, taxes, and rebate.  I had to wait a few extra weeks because they didn't have it in stock but it was worth it.  Great piano.  Honest pricing.  Excellent service.  Thanks!

go here and buy here. They have some of the best pianos and nicest honest salespeople. I did no research and found that these guys really know pianos and do not BS to try and sell the pianos they carry. The guy down the street lied and bad mouthed these guys and He was the rat and pressure sales guy. I was so anxious to get out of that shop that I thought I would never go into another shop, I tried these guys and what a difference. They do not put pressure on and they give nice information, I bought Here.

Good enough for me good enough for you, had the piano now a month and it is still all I hoped it would be. Thanks Carnes!
