        Overall
        overcharged every time by berm insurance

        i was overcharged every month for 5 months. tried to tell me it was my fault. treated my like i was some dumb person trying to slide their way by. agressively argued,shouted at me the customer. no way would i recommend Berm Insurance.. Progressive should not let this firm represent them !
