Pathetic wait, unless you are a SUV...
The professionalism in this place was pathetic. I sat there for 10 mins behind one car (same car I pulled in behind that was being vacuummed) before I was able to move up. Instead of moving the vehicle, the guy vaccuumming this toyota walked away to start another vehicle. When I pulled in there were no vehicles besides this toyota in front of me. In my 10+ minutes, I watched 4 SUV's/trucks come in after me and get to the wash before me because the service was incompetent. I made a comment to the cashier about how the service sucked, and asked if this is how the service usually is, so that I know I need to find another car wash for the future. She just looked at me and said your car will be done in a few minutes. I paid for my wash, sat down and made two phone calls... of which were 12 minutes total time. I got up and looked at the side, MY CAR WAS STILL SITTING THERE! I know it wasnt that much of a mess to vacuum either! So summary 22 minutes to get the car vacuumed, when I was the second person in is pathetic. Then the interior dressing was disgusting. Clumps of dressing everywhere! I can do a hell of alot better job then these people of which are getting paid to do this. I obviously should have just done my cleaning myself! This place was absolutely horrible. No I will not be returning to this company again.
