The People's Bank People occasionally need to borrow to pay their electric bills, gas for travel to and from work or simply to help tide them over to the next payday. People can borrow on tangible personal property , such as musical instruments, cameras, jewelry, tools, coins, and other similar items. When people need cash, they need it NOW. The pawn shop offers that opportunity. Financial institutions demand payment and, if you fail to meet the obligation, your credit becomes tarnished. Pawn shops in the state of California are required to hold pledged property for a period of four (4) months, and at the end of the termination period a notification must be mailed giving an additional ten (10) days to redeem. In our pawn shop, people may redeem their property by paying the loan amount plus charges, or they may simply pay the finance charge and renew the loan for another four-month term. All charges are regulated by the state of California. However, if people are unable to do eith er or simply are not interested in getting the property back, they can simply walk away, no strings attached and no harm to their credit. No one is held hostage. We have an extensive inventory of collectibles such as pocket watches and coins. We have an in-house Professional Numismatic, which gives us the ability to buy coins in small quantities or collections. We also make loans on coins. You can also find high-end musical instruments as well as affordable student-type instruments.

1955 The year 1955 was the year that Ace Loan Office, "The People's Bank," opened its doors in downtown San Jose. That was the very same year that Disneyland opened in Anaheim, Film Star James Dean was killed, the price of gold was $35 per ounce and the minimum wage was $.75. It seems like only yesterday that we opened our doors at 59 Post Street in DOWNTOWN SAN JOSE, but here it is, our 54th year. Ace Loan Office first opened its doors at 59 Post Street, and later grew into 65 Post and eventually took over both locations. After 38 years in that location, we built at 31 Post (formerly the Todd Hotel) where we and our clientele have enjoyed a modern, upscale pawn shop since 1993. Looking back 54 years, we remember that we made a promise to give our customers the best service. Today we want to renew that promise. You'll always find the best service right here! Success is a good feeling and we want to thank those who have made it possible and share that success with you. So please stop by at any of our three locations and browse around and take advantage of our everyday low prices and discounts. Or, if you are short of money, feel confident to use our Loan Department. All business is strictly CONFIDENTIAL.

Check this place out. They are the most informative and professional. I brought my jewelry here as collateral for a short term loan and felt confident that my jewelry was safe and secure. I would highly recommend Ace Loan for expert care.
