I brought a used 2005 F 650 GS to SJ BMW for a pre-purchase check-up. I am a new motorcycle rider gal..a newbie and I wanted to make sure the bike I wanted to buy was safe and didn't have any major problems before I invested money into it. Willie took such good care of me..and so did the rest of the crew..Willie made sure he checked everything on the bike and that it was safe for me to ride it... and what I would need to replace now and later. He test rode it to make sure it was stable..and it died on him and he figured out it was a wire problem and fixed it...that could have been me stranded somewhere!..ugh..but thank goodness it was fixed! They are so professional and family oriented..all in one..Pete in the service department is great as well! He kept up on the recalls and updates on the bike..and just so you know..I bought the BMW! When I first started car shopping a few weeks ago my first stop was Stevens Creek Subaru. I was greeted by Andreas and when I explained that I was not in the market to buy that day and needed to test drive a few different makes of vehicles before I knew what I would want I was pleasantly surprised by a no pressure test drive of the Outback. After driving other vehicles I took a week to decide on the Subaru. I got back in touch with Andreas and he was very professional and friendly about answering my questions. The whole experience was so easy I actually enjoyed it (the thought of car shopping does NOT bring a warm feeling to me generally speaking)! I even found myself laughing with Eric in the finance department (very cool young man). Today I drove home my new Outback and I'm stoked! SO, if your interested in a Subaru I highly recommend visiting Stevens Creek and asking for Andreas Beckman. The guy's a prince of a car salesman.

We were just buying wine at the Bev Mo next door and decided to look around for a car for my wife for her birthday in a few weeks. My 8 year old son and I were just looking. While looking at their inventory, we spotted a &quot;for lease&quot; sign inside a 2009 Legacy 2.5i Special Edition sedan and decided to ask Amir a few questions. After a few back and forth (in a partnership kind of way and not at all antagonistic) we came up with a deal that I couldn't say no to. Because of the 4th of July weekend (their motivation to close a sale), and maybe our &quot;soft&quot; approach made a difference in us getting an agreement that fits my needs and budget. I was hesitant at first to visit this dealership, but decided to give it a try after reading some of the reviews. I couldn't understand some where great and some were horrible, after visiting Capitol and Carlson, and was not happy with the experience at all I went down there. I dealt with the Fleet Manager Masood. He was great to deal with, very straightforward didn't do any of the typical fast talking that I was prepared for. The finance guy was great too, Eric. Not too pushy, explained the options available. I didn't purchase any of the offers he gave us. But he was kind enough to do a follow up call to see how the vehicle was and if we had any questions. Everything I hoped for and then some at this dealership. I suggest you deal with Masood or someone in Fleet, they are direct and too the point.
Just bought a Subaru Forester from the gentlemen at Best Buy Motors recently. We saw the car advertised on CL and drove out from the Valley to test drive the car. Buying a car from Kevin and his brother was a GREAT experience. They were extremely patient, not pushy at all (even though there was another couple that were interested in the vehicle that had arrived JUST after we had). Kevin let us take our time deciding and was so helpful with all of the figures and process of purchasing the car. I would say the best experience I have had at a smaller, independent lot HANDS DOWN! Thanks, guys! PS ... If you want to negotiate a car purchase while watching the World Cup and take time-outs to watch replays of the goals ... THIS is your place!
I was just starting to look at used cars, I wasn't in a big hurry. I knew I wanted an SUV. The money I had to spend wouldn't be released until the Tuesday after I happened upon Auto outlet. This was on Sunday, Father's Day, I found an expedition I loved. It was a 2006 but fully loaded and in good shape. Still nervous about buying used and ten years old. I didn't want to finance. I had a certain amount I wanted to spend. The expedition was a 3 thousand out of my price. After negotiating, they came down to just $500 above what I had. They agreed to let me drive that expedition off the lot that day, return by Wednesday with the amount I had and let me pay the rest over a couple of months. I was amazed. They really were friendly and helpful.
Fouad was extremely helpful and straightforward. He is truly customer-oriented - very professional yet extends a warm treatment. As an easy customer myself, a simple yes or no answer is sufficient and Fouad just fits into that picture. Trust and understanding was established as soon as he introduced himself until the transaction was done. Appreciation is also extended to Chris, the salesperson, who stayed around through the end of the transaction. And same to Mike in Finance and Bijan. Thank you Stevens Creek Subaru - I appreciate doing business with you. With the wholesome experience I had at the dealership, my cousin is considering getting her Subaru from Stevens Creek.
this dealership is hands down the BEST, most helpful car dealership Ive ever been to. After i spent lots of HOURS car shopping up and down san carlos street all these car dealerships were trying to sell me cars i didn't want and were over my budget and had extremely high mileage. Finally i came across BEST BUY MOTORS, they were so nice and made me feel at home and they didn't not push in any way like the rest of the dealers. Even though i was stressed from the other dealers i bought a BMW from them and i was very happy with the car. Ive sent 4 of my relatives with them and they bought cars from them as well and were happy customers just like me. FIVE STAR DEFINITIVELY!!!!
I own a commercial delivery company that has had several growth spurts over the last 10 years. I have been purchasing trucks and vans from Doaba Motors for about 8 years now. Their vehicles are always clean and ready to go to work. Budwal is an awesome salesman and always makes the purchasing and selection process smooth and efficient. I trust these guys so much that we now just call Budwal to tell him what we are looking for and he has it ready to go when we get there. That's a very convenient relationship because we are located 4hours away in Reno. We just recently purchased a truck last month and will continue trading with Budwal as the need for more vehicles arise.
great customer service. i left yesterday with a beautiful 2006 Acura TL and even with a repo on my credit report, Jorge still managed to make it happen. now i'm able to fix my credit and have a reliable car. after i left the lot, i drove to a friends house in hollister and the car ran great. my boyfriend took a look under the hood and said "you did good this time. i don't see anything wrong with it" haha he was pretty upset with me last time i brought home a car from another place, which ended up being the worst car i've ever had. but now i have a gorgeous car that runs great. it's only been a day since i've had it, but so far it's pretty great. happy birthday to me :)
