Purchased a rolling machine today and specifically asked the bleach "BLOND" to give me the cigarette papers for this particular machine. Got home looked at the items and saw that they would not fit the roller. At approximately 7:30pm returned to the store and the same clerk was there and I told her she had given me the wrong rolling papers, now she is going to try and help when she should have done that to begin with. Papers were abundant with size and widths. She looks at me and tells me she doesn't have the correct rolling papers, What! She then stated that I would have to cut each paper individually so they would fit. Then she says What do you want me to do? I said I was not interested if they were not the correct size then she needs to refund, I tossed the receipt on top of the items on the counter and it landed on top of items and she became belligerent. At this point she went ballistic, picked up the items slammed them on counter and told me I was not going to get anything! What arrogance! I will never step into this smoke shop again, if your smart you won't either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DON'T GO HERE, they will bait and switch you...First I bought a EGO Twist took it home and it did not work. Drove all the way back and the staff was so rude but gave my money back and then tried to sell me a solid vaporizer, almost made me chock to death as did the sales girl who was rude and didn't have a clue. Went to the store on Columbia street and the guy bait and switched me, the vamo clone did not take 510 tanks besides the cheap junk he put on it and when I took it back the next day they gave me the run around for a week.

Finally caught the owner and he gave me the run around sending me to another location were they gave me the floor model vamo and batteries that went bad after a week of use. Very unhappy, $158 for a demo vamo not counting the cheap vivi blow tank. BAD BAD BAD
