  I ran out of medication waiting for the store.

  A split second after walking in, and it even surprised me to be perfectly frank, I was asked "Can I help you, ma'am?" A woman behind the counter asked this and I was so surprised of the great customer service. I'm used to having to look for personnel and at this location, I received great service. I highly recommend this store at the front counters at least.
  
  At the Pharmacy department, it's a completely different story. I had to wait a full 2 weeks before they could refill my prescription. The reason is because of problems with my insurance carrier, but they could have conveyed this to me in advance before I ran out of medication waiting for the store.

  A Well-Stocked Store

  Store is very clean and well stocked. Personnel are very helpful and courteous. This is one store where you don't leave empty handed; there's always something that catches your eye, and you end up buying it. The staff, mainly Chinese, need to smile a bit more. Life can't be all that serious.

  Not 2 BIG, Just right!

  Located in a yuppy type of neighborhood it is a decent area for this type of business. The staff is indeed hard working. The checkout can be more improved by having at least 2 or 3 checkers to expedite checkout time. The bad part is that the staff tends to speak Chinese very loudly among themselves without being courteous of customers presence. They got everything else down packed!

  fairly reliable

  The pharmacy here got my prescriptions together quickly, and, the staff was courteous. The clerks at the front of the store could learn something from the pharmacists.
