Overall

Wow does this place give UPS a bad name. The gentleman with the extremely thick accent at this location was offended when I couldn't understand what he was saying. ZERO patience and hung up on me. I asked him him how he could hear what i was requesting when he kept talking over me. God gave us two ears and one mouth and this man clearly does not understand why. Please be careful and try to avoid this location unless you enjoy poor customer service and mean people from another country! I ended up going right down the street to STAPLES!! Better prices and they actually WANT to help you... brilliant!!

my best friend? i wouldn't suggest this store to my worst enemy.

i ..thinking i was dealing withg UPS, not a store trading on their logo,

mailed a family heirloom as a Christmas gift....

i told the counter person....'please give me the assurance this vase can be safely shipped or i will come back and mail something else'.

he said, 'we will double box it and do the popcorn filler, it will be fine.

as i have have always had pleasant associations with UPS, i trusted him.

the vase was obliterated, competely demolished from improper packing.

as it turns out.... they frauded me by NOT double wrapping,... yet charging me for it.

UPS proper has not returned calls for assistance,

the UPS store corporate office has given me information other than what the manager at this branch is offering for compensation.

the outrageous thing is.... i am not, at present being refunded the very packaging costs the stored frauded me on by not shipping the double boxes.

in my opinion this is a form of theft. and if not fraud, certainly careless in the extreme.

at this point i am calling the corporate offices to see if any one there cares...

DO NOT USE THE STORE AT 2370 MARKET ST.
