I love Shireen & Suzie. South Paw is a welcome addition to the neighbourhood. They are great neighbours to humans and animals alike. They sell only the best quality foods and stand behind thier products. They are a wealth of knowledge and full of helpful hints. No. this isn't a discount petstore so some of the prices may be a bit higher than you may be used to...but thier selection of quality food would be hard to find at a standard petstore. You also can't compare service. I joke with Shireen that she may be the worst sales person ever...she has talked me out of many an item as she didn't think I would need it for my babygirl. She has also given me lots of free samples of food until i found something Mel would actually eat...as opposed to buying 5 & 10 lb bags of food that would go to waste. I can't rave about them enough.\r \r They also allowed me to have a memorial service there last friday in Honour of my sweet angel that passed at only 10 months young. They shed many a tear with me and I appreciate the genuine concern for all thier customers ---human and thier ""kids""\r \r Love you guys!\r diane\r

Great selection and honest advice

South Paw, part of Pawtrero, has the best selection of healthy food, treats, and all the toys and essentials you would need for your dog. I started my dog on raw food from South Paw. With the summer heat coming, I asked about the ""Frosty Paws"", and if they carried it. They quickly informed me that the ingredients contained BHT which didn't jibe with their model of healthy food. I was happy to hear that they were not just about making money on easy selling products. Instead, they were looking out for the health of my pet and I respect that completely!\r Both of their locations offer self-bathing, again, not trying to stick it to the consumer by charging huge dollar for a simple bath. I would recommend South Paw and Pawtrero to anyone!
