Besides Bloomingdales, one of the few stores in the city that carries Amatokin. Have you heard about this stuff? More than simply reducing the appearance of wrinkles, Amatokin actually rejuvenates the skin, making it look absolutely radiant, all through lovely stem cell technology. No, there aren't any weird gathering of the stuff from other people, the cream just uses your own skin's stem cells that are already there. Anyway, the only bad part about this Sephora location is that when I went there the other day and was unfamiliar with their layout, I of course asked an attendant where I can buy the stuff. She and one other said that they've never heard of it. Hmm, I've been buying it at Sephora for years now, and it took another completely different person to point out that it does exist in their store.

Don't even bother going here on weekends, because customer service is simply non-existent.\r \r I was looking for one of my favorite items and the woman I spoke to didn't even know they carried the product. I almost left the store, when I spotted it myself. \r \r Buy from the website instead. Definitely flakes!

Sephora is a great beauty emporium anywhere you go: they carry a huge selection of brands (some that are quite hard to find), everything is well-organized, the salespeople are helpful, and there are samples of everything that you are actually encouraged to try on! I like the Union Street location more than the downtown one because it is WAY less crowded, so it's easier to navigate and the salespeople are more available and less frazzled. My favorite brands there are Nars, Too Faced, Tarte, and Benefit, but all of them are good! Also check out their own Sephora brand - it's cheaper than everything else but still quality.

I came ot Sephora looking for a type of product that I didn't know much about and I was ready to spend any amount for a quality product. I was ready to let the sales associate give me some information and sell me their best product. However, when I asked for help and told her I didn't know much about the brands. She asked me disapprovingly about what I used currently, until she realized it happened to be a product that they sell. She also laughed and acted like I must be joking that I didn't know other brand names, she didn't explain anything about their differences and gave me one brief suggestion, before walking away. Also I was hoping to have a lot of help because it was basically just me in the shop. I am a big fan of Sephora but I would not recommend this location because the service leaves a lot to be desired.
