I have taken my cars there multiple time for repairs and maintenance.
The last time - at the 75,000 mile mile check-up - they failed to inform me that my tires were BALD!
I had a flat a week after the maintenance service and had to replace all 4 tires. If they really are looking at the car shouldn't they have noticed bald tires.....it makes me wonder if these periodic check-ups are worth the money!
