After Friday night, I had to write a review. Initially, James, the employee on staff tonight, wouldn't come out of the office to hand me my package tonight. I had to pick up my package and stood there looking at him, when he came out I mentioned to him that each time I enter, no one greets me or says good bye, and when I ask for them to get my packages they don't speak they just bring it. He said, that they don't have to do more. I disagreed, and told him I am going to mention the lack of customer service to the owner, and asked for the owner's direct line. He said he didn't have to give it to me with a rude voice. I said this isn't an argument, I just want to share my thoughts about the lack of service. Then James says----"" I don't have to treat you well, or treat you badly"" and he walked away. I realize that he may feel self conscious about his English, but there is no excuse for talking to me this way. I spoke to two other customers outside and asked if they experienced similar rude treatment or just being ignored. They both began to share their stories, and we all agreed that we would not extend our mailbox leases. I told them that I found a friendly UPS store two blocks away on Columbus at 1288 Columbus Ave. San Francisco. I can't wait until my lease is up. Until it expires, I will only go to this store when I am already having a bad day because I don't want them to ruin a good day.
