I spent a great deal of time on the phone prior to choosing Marina Pet Hotel to verify that the item I needed (a microchip implantation for travel of pet to Europe) was available. After assurances by staff over phone that they had what I needed, I arrived to the dingy waiting room (circa 1972). The doctor was thorough and pleasant, however, she then apologized for not actually having the chip in stock!!! Resulting in delay in my trip/ increased stress at having to locate another vet/ wasting significant time. Also, I spent 138$ for routine blood tests .. and then charged ""$14"" nurse assistance fee. Come ON!!
