I wish I could rate zero stars. I bought two phones from the website which were suppose to come with rebates $150 each. Our numbers transferred over fine but then I get a postcard in the mail saying they didn't have all the information for the rebates but, that's all it said. So I had called customer service. It had to deal with my maiden name and married name on the account. Not like they couldn't connect the two with the SS#? The whole experience with customer service was so upsetting, frustrating, horrific, and just plain not helpful at all. As reviews mentioned, I was on hold constantly whenever I called. I had waited for more than a hour one day to only be transferred back and forth to the two different departments because both believed it wasn't their issue to handle the rebate. Needless to say, I never received resolution because NO ONE at customer service could figure out what to do and kept transferring me from one group to another. So we were out $300 total in rebates.
