    I've been wanting to come here for a while now, but never had the mula to buy tickets for one of the shows. So when my mom offered to buy tickets for all of us (mom/sis/me) and drive all the way up from LA to see Wicked I was ECSTATIC! We strolled around the Civic Center area which may not have been the best 1st taste of San Francisco for them, but we were starving and had to find a place to eat before the show. We ended up at Ayola, a little greek spot near the theatre. You can see my 5 star review there. After dinner we headed straight for the theatre where we purchased some Wicked touristy garb, made a pit stop in the restroom, and headed to our seats. This theatre is just breathtaking! The decor is magnificent, the theatre is large, and the excitement from everyone around us put smiles on all our faces. You absolutely must go see Wicked! This was all of our second time seeing it and we liked it even better the second time! Probably because of the great atmosphere of the theatre we were in. 5 stars all the way!

    Historical Landmark in San Francisco

    I adore this theater. Watched Wicked here a week ago and I was in love. The seats and the layout certainly was not as nice as some of the newer theater. The bathroom line was incredibly long. (Use the downstairs bathroom instead. Way less crowded.) The loge underbelly overshadow on the Orchestra was annoying. Even then my experience at this theater was still memorable. Maybe it was precisely the imperfections that made this place perfect. Just like everything else in life. After all, who could really love a perfect being?
