This is one of the best places if you are craving for some prim ribs. It's very cozy and very friendly staffed.

Amazing Prime Rib! Came here on a trip to SF with friends and it was delicious! I would recommending making reservations since it seems like this restaurant is always packed.
I'm not usually a fan of red meat, but I'm definitely up for a slice of Prime Rib one in a while. With ALL the hype of HOPR my friends and I decided to go and check it out.
Our experience from the host, wait staff, and quality of food was great. We were having a wonderful experience UNTIL.... I fell and slipped in the bathroom bruising my hip, right knee, and finger. Hopping back to the table, I told our waiter. He informed me that "They just mopped the floors in there." (There were no caution signs indicating a "wet" floor.)
He quickly informed his Manager Scott Christopher who apologized and asked me if I wanted another DRINK?! or a DESSERT?! I declined... He gave me his card and said "Come back again and show me my card, I'll comp you a drink or something." REALLY!!??? Walking from the table to the front door, I noticed that my hip was hurting. I informed the hostess of what had happened and she said "Yeah, our floors are slippery." She calls the manager Scott Christopher,
thinking that all I wanted to do was inform him of this, he yells,
"CALL THE AMBULANCE! CALL THE AMBULANCE!"
Then looks at me and says:
"I don't know what you want me to do for you, don't get mad at me. You want me to call an ambulance?!"
All the while, there were customers everywhere and employees just starting at my friends and I. I was feeling bruised up, not in any way, shape or form needing an AMBULANCE!!!! My friends persuaded me to inform the manager as a precautionary measure. Feeling extremely embarrassed, and belittled I didn't say a word and left.
I'm writing this review the morning after this happened and I'm still in shock of what happened last night. I obviously didn't want anything comped or extra as I refused it and feel that out of courtesy I should have been informed that the situation of the slippery floor in the bathroom was resolved and taken care of.
The Manager Scott Christopher was extremely RUDE, unprofessional and condescending. This is not the type of customer service I would expect at a restaurant of this caliber. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED!! I will definitely contact them if my symptoms/bruising worsen. I will NEVER dine here again!
