I finally went to the Rrazz Romm for the first time last Friday September 10th to see Bobby Cauldwell and I had a fantastic time seeing one of my favorite artists up close and personal. We ater earlier but we each had two drinks and though a bit pricey they were good stiff drinks that came o $63.85 with tip. Bobby Caldwell signed cds and took pictures afterwards and chatted with us fans and was wonderful! I plan on coming back here again but I do have one complaint. I gave my credit card for 2 drinks for my friend and myself and have the receipt on my bank statement that I have an extra unauthorized charge on September 13th for $42.71. Itried to call the San Francisco listed and it is a fax and I guess I am going to have to print my bank statemnt out and walk in there after work because we did not eat anything and I know how many drinks we had so I would suggest not giving a credit card to pay for your drinks... USE CASH!!! thIS MIGHT HAVE BEEN A MISTAKE BECAUS ETEH PEOPLE NEXT TO US HAD ALL KINDS OF FOOD BUT T SUCKS!

This review will be short and sweet. They have a full calendar of wonderful entertainers. I went last year to see Ashford & Simpson and was so in love with the spot and quality of the show I went a second night. Food and drink quality was good for SF. The hosts were friendly and great to talk to.

Nice location close to nearly everything... as long as you are in downtown SF you always CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. We upgraded to a high floor room with a view of the city it was a nice size room, nice size bath tub separate from (enclosed glass) Shower area. Booked room through priceline ""name your own price"" so my rate was no more than $90.00 per night but as I mentioned I paid extra at check in to be upgraded. We went this past Summer (July 17th weekend) Got a decent rate service was fine at the lobby lounge there was a lack of choices on the appetizer menu really blah. Didn't try the restaurant nor room service but valet was prompt and courteous. As was the Front Desk staff. Respectfully Reviewed

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Nikko recently. I had researched hotels extensively and wanted to stay some place that got good reviews and was reasonably priced. I found that Hotel Nikko fit the bill.
Hotel Nikko was a great price through Orbitz and we were so happy when we arrived because it was extremely nice, clean and funky (loved the decor). Plus you could not beat the location. We would walk outside, go down a block and a half, and hop right on the cable cars. We got on every time (no waiting in the long line!)
The only minor complaint I had was the smell in the hallway (we were on the 7th floor) and the musty smell in the bathroom. I got used to it after awhile, but it wasn't the best smell.
Overall I think it was a great hotel. We will definitely stay there again!
