My dogs had there first day here today and they loved it! Being able to watch them on the doggie cam throughout the day was so nice and comforting because I had never taken them there before and I didn't know the staff. I know from them being exhauseted and watching the doggie cam that they had a great day. Plus the location is very convienent and the price is right! I highly recommend this business to any dog owner.Share Review

We're having an excellent experience with Fog City. We've been bringing our dog here regularly for the last month and couldn't be happier. My dog has a great time (love being able to check in on him with the doggie cam), the staff couldn't be nicer and I feel like they really love my dog. I checked out a couple of different places but I was so impressed with Byron at Fog City during our initial interview that we chose these guys. And, the other dogs that come here are great, making...view more for a really nice environment! Very highly recommend!view lessProvided by Citysearch
I have been bringing my dogs here from the Mission for close to five years. They have always been treated like they were a member of their own family. I've never experienced rudeness, but I have seen the place be super busy. Any time I have ever talked to the employees about a problem or a concern they either answered me or had the guys who own the place call me. If you think the place smells, its probably because they care for the dogs where you can see them, not hidden away like some...view more other places I have tried. My dogs run in the door here but not at SFHL or PP and definitely not Wag. When I was late they offered to drive my dog home - sure I had to pay for it, but it is still a nice option.view lessProvided by Citysearch
I agree with the other reviews. This is a horrible excuse for a dog day care. There is no ""care"" in this place, to say the least. The people were rude and did not care the least bit about my dog. \r
I would recommend keeping your dog home during the day and hiring a dog-walker. At $20 dollars a day for a dog-walker, it's cheaper than putting your dog in a cement cell block.
Our two dogs came home with Kennel Cough. As you know, that is highly contagious among dogs. \r
When we contacted the owners, he said he did not care, it was not his problem and was exremely rude. It is his problem if dogs are coming out with kennel cough.\r
There are too many dogs in a small building with no outdoor area and poor ventilation. Do not bring your dog here.
This place had awful customer service and the tiny, cement room was overpacked with dogs. I was very disappointed with the smelly, dirty area. I did not feel that they paid any attention to my dog, because it was so overbooked with other dogs.Provided by Citysearch
My Siberian Husky always comes back exhausted from Fog City. \r
One of the places I truly trust with my dog and I've tried at least 5 other ones in the city. \r
They're very conscientious about the dogs and a caring staff who knows my dog on a first name basis is always a plus.
I've been taking my dog here twice a week for about a year. She comes UNGLUED with excitement whenever we drive up to the building, which is all the endorsement I need. There has been some turnover with the staff, which I think is to be expected, but I've never had an unpleasant experience with anyone, so I must disagree with the negative review. A few of the staff (the younger ones) seem a bit blase at times, but I don't take any of this personally or as a sign they aren't caring ...view morefor the dogs. This place is a lifesaver for me. I just wish they were open on weekends.view lessProvided by Citysearch
We live close by and have had positive experiences leaving our two goldens once a week for 3 years. The negative review rings false to me -- they won't accept your dog without an in-depth interview and evaluation before you leave him/her, so there's no way they would not acknowledge the dog. The staff is enthusiastic, polite, and dog-loving. I have seen them walking groups of dogs near our house also, and they treat them well.Provided by Citysearch
