Do NOT patronize Live Nation or its Affliates!
I was absolutely humiliated at The Fillmore SF when I went to pick up my will call ticket for A Perfect Circle on Nov. 16th. My brother gave me a great birthday gift this year. Although it was a late present, he purchased a Meet and Greet ticket for me. When we realized the ticket had his name on it and was only able to picked up via will call, my brother called LiveNation to resolve the name issue. We were given specific instructions on how to address this problem. Live Nation said that I should take a copy of my brother's credit card and the print out of the Live Nation confirmation page to the venue on the night of the show to pick up the ticket. My brother even went as far as making a copy of his credit card, license, confirmation page, and confirmation email for me to take along as I flew from St. Louis, MO to San Francisco, CA for the show.
When the box office opened for the Meet and Greet ticket holders only, I was belittled as I presented all the information Live Nation instructed me to have. I was accused of stealing my brother's wallet and ticket information. As I explained the instructions given to me by my brother from Live Nation, the woman in the box office kept interrupting me, accusing me of nonsensical senerios. Her tone was not professional in the least bit. She was yelling at me as if I were an idiot for flying across the country in attempts to steal my brother's will call ticket. When I was not able to name the person my brother spoke to at Live Nation, she ended her accusations with calling me a liar. ""Now you're lying to me. You're a liar! You don't need to lie,"" is what I had to endure since she held my ticket. I was afraid that she wouldn't let me retrieve the will call ticket if I stopped her from talking down to me and calling me a liar. So, I stood there while she yelled at me in front of everyone for no good reason. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, disrepectful and uncalled-for.
Unless you appreciate being called a liar and a thief by the woman running the box office, please spend your money with other venues.
