This funky little Vietnamese restaurant has been going strong at least since I moved to San Francisco 30 years ago. It is tiny and cramped, and the menu is not very extensive, but everything on it is absolutely delicious. The portions are more than generous and the prices are extremely low. If you live anywhere nearby, it makes sense to call in your order and pick it up to take home. It's a great value for the money.
