No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Learn how to effectively defend yourself and attack your partner on and off the mat through joint locks designed to break or damage the arms and legs as well as choking techniques to incapacitate or submit your opponent. Classes begin with a brief warm up and stretching routine designed to work up a sweat, build the fundamentals, and reduce the risk of injury. Techniques are taught through demonstration, drills, and free sparring. Regardless of your goals, whether they be fitness, self defense, Competition, or a boost in confidence, our program will help you achieve them. Class Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7pm-8:45pm After class there is an average of 30 minutes of open mat time for drilling, rolling, questions, and getting to know everyone.
