        A local favorite of mine

        I can't imagine what a great menu a small cafe can offer. At first sight of the menu I thought it is a chain. Cafe Encore is been around since 1992 and now owned by 2 sisters: Macy Otake and Mason Chow. Macy has a strong background in the food industry and is the one who creates the food menu. Mason is more into the art of making a good cup of Java.
