I recently took my 2008 Range Rover in for 60,000 mile service. I scheduled my appointment on-line through British Motors website, which was very convienent. I immediately received a confirmation email. When I arrived John, the service advisor was ready and waiting for me. I usually work in the city but because I had an appointment in the south bay I was given a loaner for the day. At 4pm John called me and told me my car was ready and I can pick it up before 6 that day or the next. I arrived shortly before 6 and my car was ready and clean. I couldn't have been happy with the way I was treated, how easy the process was and my car is running great. Thank you.
