Burn is springboard pilates, strength training and cardio all rolled into a one hour class. I have been attending for a little under a year now and have lost 15 lbs and kept it off while building muscle. Although the basic routine remains the same, the instructors vary slightly in what they stress (cardio, core, arms, etc.) so I'm able to vary my workout by teacher. The studio is clean and professional. I love this place! They have a 'first class is free' deal that made it easy to check it out and see if it was for me. They have various class packages including a monthly unlimited package.

Good Korean food in SF is sparse, IMHO. This restaurant is in a unique spot since there isnt much in the way of competition nearby. They food is fresh, tasty, reasonably priced, and authentic. It has a sizable menu, and can accomodate larger groups. We usually eat the staples (Bul Go Gi for example) and the vegetable sides are fantastic. Can you find better korean in San Jose or L.A.? Sure you can. But for inner city dining, this place is fine.
Came here last night with 4 other friends. Was seated immediately. Ordered the following: chap chae, bulgogi, marinated chicken, kalbi, and the seafood pancake. It was more than enough food for the 5 of us. The food was flavorful and portions were sized appropriately. Came out to $21 per person after tax and tip - just a tad pricey.
