I had very high expectations for this place, I think i was satisfied but had some other vision of what the atmosphere would look like. It seemed on the "small side" and it felt that way when you visit the salad bar. I visited a different Brazilian steakhouse in TX with the same price range but was elegant. Espetus was disappointing in the decor. The steak itself was nice, and flavorful.. slightly salty for my taste. So do have some salad to help with the over saltiness of the meat. The star is of course the 'picata' -- i think its some special cut of beef and it shines in all brazilian steakhouses. Definitely hold out for that and not fill up on filler meats like the chicken or the lamb. These are ok, but you want to get your money's worth. The wine menu is nice and they do offer cocktails from their bar area. its above average place since San Francisco Bay area doesn't really have that many of these places to compare. If I had to recommend a better place. Go checkout Fugo Da Chao (in Texas) - its worth every dollar spent.
Broadway Studios has recently re-opened after renovations, and -as any business closed for any substantial length of time-, seems to be graciously ironing out the kinks. We had a marvelous time last Friday evening! The Vaudville-like acts were amazing- the night seemed to fly by to quickly. Service crackled with efficiency and the staff couldn't have been more attentive and friendly. I couldn't even finish all the food that we were served. This is about the most bang for my weekly dining and entertainment buck I've spent for a long while. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone! It is unfortunate that a musician in a previous Yelp ad (regarding this studio) chose to spew venom into the Universe with such a bitter and degrading critique. Being in the entertainment industry, he/she must realize how unprofessional it is to pan someone to such a degree on the internet...best to communicate that in person. GLC, in San Francisco
Was looking for game consoles on line and it got my attention on Cheap-Prices.com. Nintendo has always tried to be an innovator with gaming in the console world. A lot of their stuff have been flops from the very beginning. Remember the robot that originally came with the system? Virtual boy was a cool idea but the market just wasn’t ready for it yet. The glove (which could be called the predecessor to the Wii) was also a flop. But other things were not, like the analog joystick, the original cross key, real 3-D game play, 4 player option out of the box, inter-connectivity between 2 game systems, etc. And now we come to a big leap in innovation, the Nintendo Wii. Best Price was with Cheap-Prices.com. Have it ship by UPS 3 days and was happy to get it on-time for my son b-day. Good place to shop and compare
