I am always a bit weary around getting service done on my vehicle that is outside the usual oil change and tire rotation. I brought my 2007 Prius in for electrical issues. I was thinking they were going to charge a ton of money and not be able to correct the problem. They not only fixed the problem, the price was more than reasonable. The only complaint I have is that they did not call me to give me an update (they had my car over night). I called them three times before they could let me know that the car was fixed and that I could return my rental and pick my car up. A week later, my car is still working properly and I am not having any of the issues that had me bring my car in for service. If it wasn't for the lack in communication/update on my car it would have been a 5 star experience.

I will never go anywhere else in the Bay for glass work. Federica and Jose crushed it with excellent service and helping me navigate insurance issues. I had a windshield and quarter panel done super affordable in a very timely manner. The prices are unbeatable, workmanship is impeccable, and the service is super friendly and top notch. There is no reason to go anywhere else for auto glass work and I will be recommending them to all of my friends
I usually go to the dealer where we bought the car (Prius v)--Daly City--, but the wait to have a recall fixed was too long, so I scheduled much sooner at the Geary dealer. The line to get into the shop (out onto 4th Ave.) was the only problem (arrived at 9:58 for 10 am appt--maybe I would come sooner next time). Otherwise, the service was efficient, done exactly when they promised and the guy helping me was super nice and patient.
