Other than the stresses of having to use this service, waiting an extra hour becuase the bus is ALWAYS late, it doesnt help that Richard at the front desk is a complere a$$hole and doesnt care about you or his job.



The bus was running 35 Min late, as a first time rider, i asked Richard, (waited till he finished writing numbers and then offered to help) if he had an ETA. His reaction and attitude only told me one thing... "you are bothering me" didnt offer to help, continued writing as if appearing to be busy.



If you hate your job or life this much CUSTOMER SERVICE is not for you RICHARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
