I've known James, the owner of Halo, for over 10 years and he has always taken care of my computer problems. When my company grew or got smaller his company has always been able to accommodate our needs. Even when there is a total meltdown with the computers and then when I had a total meltdown because of the computers, James and his employees have always maintained a professional and reassuring attitude that they would get everything working again. Halo always will take my quick tech question without charging me like when I bought my wife a Mac and asked if I needed to take my PC and Mac to the Genius bar to get all my files, photos and email transferred. He assured me that he knew an easier way and got on our new Mac remotely and somehow had it done in 20 minutes. It saved me another trip to the Mac store and my wife had her email and pictures on her new Mac. James and his employee's that I have almost always been conscientious and trustworthy workers.
