Have you ever said to yourself, “Wow I need that guy for my lawyer”? That’s the kind of lawyer Attorney Ray Ryan Jr. is. I found him on a lawyer review service, AVVO.com. I had to fire my first lawyer for messing up my personal injury case. Several past clients gave Ray great reviews and his rating was near perfect. We spoke about my case during the evening hours, which were convenient for me. Ray was clear and supportive. He explained my rights and options in language that was clear to me. However what genuinely impressed me was his willingness to handle my case according to traditional methods. I made the choices. He told me my options, explained how each choice would influence my case, and he executed my choice. He never made any assumptions or choices for me. Sometimes we disagreed, but he was always took the time to help me understand how my choices would affect my case. Most of the time, we compromised. He was very, very aggressive with the other side. When they missed a deadline to submit an item for review, they lost their rights to submit it. Everything turned out super great! In fact, I had to sign a confidentiality agreement not to talk about the terms of settlement. Make it easy on yourself. Hire this guy if you need a lawyer. There is a strong chance you will be very happy with your outcome and you will learn a lot about what a great lawyer should be.

My son was crossing the street near our house and got hit by a careless driver. It was sheer panic when I saw people picking him up off the ground, just a horrible panic! He needed to go to the hospital for cuts and bruises on his side, but mainly for knocking his poor little head on the ground. It was obvious that lady was at fault, she was on her cell phone! Her insurance said they were going to settle and take care of my son's medical bills. They kept dragging it on and on and then they finally claimed there was no way to tell if his migraines, which he never had before, were a result of hitting his head! What they offered didn't even cover the doctor bills! There is no way I can express how unbelievably overwhelmingly furious I was! I looked for an attorney and found San Diego Injury Law Center. I went to their office, talked to David, and knew immediately that was the right choice. David said that he would speak for my son and he did. I gave them all the paper work and that was it, a few months later they called me back with the settlement offer and I finally felt like my son was getting the justice he deserved. I really can't say enough about David Achord and San Diego Injury Law Center.
My daughter, son-in-law and I were stuck in an elevator in one of the government buildings downtown. When the maintenance crew arrived to open the doors the elevator was way below the ground level. I had an injured knee and it was very difficult for me to move about and those people kept telling me to just get out of the elevator. They ended up reinjuring my knee by forcing me out of there without proper help. When I told them about my injury they started calling me names and telling me it was my fault I couldn’t get out of their broken machine! I called David Achord and San Diego Injury Law Center immediately. I didn’t want to file a lawsuit, but I didn’t want my knees hurting again either, and so I certainly wasn’t going to let the elevator company’s negligence go unpunished, even if the government was involved. David and his team took my case, they stood up for me and got me a huge settlement. San Diego Injury Law Center kept me informed during the lengthy process and I really appreciated what they did for me.
