I always thought that learning martial arts would be fun and interesting. What I didn't realize is that it is also a great workout too! I am a pretty athletic person, but the lessons and classes helped me to get into even better shape. I used to do the gym thing but in all honesty it's pretty boring and there is no real purpose to it. At White Dragon, I'm working out and learning something of value at the same time. I've lost some fat and gained some muscle in the process. I feel fit and can usually run circles around my other friends when doing a local hike or bike ride. They are always commenting that I have great cardio. I credit the training at White Dragon for this. I've been at the school for a few years now and I can't imagine what it would be like without my weekly lesson and classes.

The best MMA gym in san Diego
Wing Chun is based on principles and follows a defined strategy. Without these it is hard to analyze and correct what we are doing. The teacher here has studied with many instructors and has a deep understanding of the system. He teaches it in a straight forward and efficinet way. In San Diego, Wing Chun Kung Fu is best trained here.
Been going for a month or two and I love it. I've gotten so much stronger and when I have a question or do something wrong someone is always open to help. Even my dad joined now :)
