My dog, Pico, is so happy at Victoria's. How do I know he is happy? Pico is very attached to me so he usually mopes by the door when I drop him off anywhere else. But at Victoria's, he barely notices when I leave, acts super excited to be there, eats his food, and comes home exhausted. Victoria is the kind of person who makes it all look so easy to juggle a business, husband, baby, job and multiple dogs. A true animal lover. My dog loves playing with Victoria's dog Maggie. Just like the other reviewer, I feel very good about leaving Pico with Victoria. Peace of mind is priceless.

I feel really good about leavi...

I feel really good about leaving my dog with Victoria. I know that she is in a safe and fun environment where she gets plenty of exercise, attention and affection. My dog is a young, high energy, handful who loves to play, play, play. The setup at Victoria's with easy access to indoor and outdoor environments, lots of toys, and no kennels or stressed out barking dogs is perfect for her. My dog loves being there and I'm very grateful to Victoria and her family for taking such good care of her.

Not only is Victoria's Doggie ...

Not only is Victoria's Doggie Hotel dog friendly with toys, room to roam and play, exercise time, bed friendly, plenty of treats, and an atmosphere of affection, Victoria is a pleasure to work with especially when I have some last minute emergency and I know she'll only take Angel if she has room. So, it's worry free for me and no nervousness from Angel when I start packing. Another testament is how Angel greets Victoria at the dog park when she's not even staying with her and her growing family.

VACATION FOR DOGS!

We have been taking our boxers to Victoria for about 3 years now. She is amazing. Our dogs love going to Victoria's, so much that they never want to come home. There are no such thing as kennels there. I love the idea that they won't be held up in a kennel all day, infact, they are welcome to roam the house, sleep on whatever doggie bed they choose or lounge on their own couch in their play room. Frequent walks and trips to dog park are extra benefits when you take your dogs to Victoria. Even though they get plenty of exercise playing in the back yard and throughout the house with the other dogs, they still get to go to the park! They are on a constant vacation and they love it. The only tough thing is coming to pick them up and they aren't so happy to see you, getting them from her house to your car might be the toughest part! I would highly recommend Victoria for anyone is looking for the perfect place to take your dogs while going out of town, this is the place!

Yea for Victoria!

My dog and I agree... Victoria is the best! Between traveling for the holidays, working full time and remodeling our home, WE KNOW VICTORIA WELL. She has watched Nola, our Neapolitan Mastiff countless times and always with open arms. A true dog lover. And Nola loves her back. And why wouldn't she? She gets to go to either a dog park or the beach daily, play with Victoria's stock of doggie toys, choose which bed she will lie in, all while getting a belly rub and meeting other friendly dogs at her "hotel". From day one we have felt extremely comfortable leaving her with Victoria and you will too. Comparing other facilities/sitters would be waste of time. My husband and I did the leg work and came up with the best. Our only complaint is that when we arrive, Nola could care less!

Best Doggie Hotel in San Diego

Our two mini-schnauzers have been going to Victoria's for about 2 years. We've tried lots of other daycares in San Diego before finding Victoria's and hers is the best by far. She keeps 5 dogs at at time, they always love the company and come home tired and happy.

The dogs are free to roam the house, they have access to a doggie door and the backyard all day long and they go on outings to the dog park or beach daily. They love going to stay with her - both of them start squealing with excitement trying to get out of the car when we get near her house and can't get to her door fast enough when we arrive. She even updates us by email to let us know how the little guys are doing. I won't take our dogs anywhere else! Our vet (El Cerrito) recommended her.

Victoria is the best!

Victoria has watched my dogs many times and I think she is the best dog sitter around. She only takes in 4 dogs, and they all must pass the "Maggie" test. Maggie is her dog and if they don't get along with her, they can't get along with any dog. All dogs are taken on excursions and/or walks each day, and she is very deligent about making sure they receive the best care possible. I have opened my own dog daycare business in a different area, but would not hesitate to recommend Victoria to my clients.

Awesome

I have a dog who's very particular about who she is kept with. Victoria opened her house and treated our Sampson with love and affection. NO KENNELS! I particularly liked that her guests have access to the outside AND inside throughout the day. She even taught Sampson how to use the doggie door. Very friendly and personable. I will always use her service and highly recommend her service to others!
