I enjoyed my stay here at the Town and Country resort. The room has a unique vibe/personality and it's right next to the Fashion Valley mall. It's pretty convenient

Great escape that's at the resort. Came here after a banquet, and although a bit understaffed, they busted their butts to meet everyone's needs. Too bad I found this place the night before I was scheduled to leave.

Town and Country- desk staff is incompetent and condesending

I purchased the "Hospitality" package that included Internet, parking & fitness. Paying upfront meant it was 50% off... However, the person checking me in would NOT acknowledge the purchase, argued with me about parking. I had to call to talk to someone else about the Internet. Went back upfront to get the fitness pass- she acted like she was doing me a favor rather then giving me what I had PAID for. Even after I showed her the email she blew me off. I explained that why I appreciated the "free drinks & breakfast" I also wanted what I paid for. Talking to the manager tomorrow since as it is Sunday & the resort is dead I doubt there is someone here. The room is good sized, has a nice view of the pool but the matress leaves alot to be desired. Stay at your own risk!

lot of plants and aesthetics, but rooms are too small atleast ones i stayed in and bathrooms are not properly designed
