I’m writing to bring to your attention the negative experience that was displayed on November 27th 2013 at the San Diego Collision Center. Jeff S. and Steve A. where very rude and unfriendly; they both do not have any customer service etiquette. While on time for my scheduled appointment, I walked in without any acknowledgement or greeting from either gentleman. Steve was on a personal call and Jeff was sitting at his desk doing nothing, I can see both of them from where I was standing in the lobby. After standing in the lobby for about (10) minutes, and no other customer in the building. Jeff gave me paperwork to fill-out. I finished filling out the forms and continued standing there for about another (10) minutes while they both continued to do nothing. I finally walked out and left. As I was about to put the key in the ignition Jeff decided to walk out to review the forms. I ask him if he was sure he was ready and immediately he was on the attack, he said he was on the computer working; guilty continence I guess. I was upset because I caught him in a lie. I could see his computer screen from where I was standing and he was not on it. In addition, I had an appointment that I made several days before and to be treated like my business was not valued is very disappointing. So I told him I saw him doing nothing and he said he would not do business with me and went inside to tell Steve. Steve the manager walked out without asking me for my concerns on the situation and verbally attacked me while rudely getting in my face and told me my business was not good there. He threaten to call the police which at the point I said go ahead I just want the managers business card which he denied to give me. Finally after 5 to 10 minutes of asking him for a business card he threw it at me and I left. I was very disappointed in the poor customer service that was exhibited especially since this venue had received quite a few positive reviews. In addition, I am very dissatisfied that this type of customer service was displayed even while the manager Steve was there. It was obvious that customer service is not a top priority for this collision center, I will not be going back.
