    Place used to be one of the best. i came here in the 80's when taco shops first started taking off in San Diego. now, they're on every street corner. this one had the freshest ingrediaents in all their food, but not any more. The service sucks and the last time I had a carne asada burrito here, it was full of fat. really, every single bite was gristle. the time before, same thing. Will never come back.

    carne asada, baby!

    The carne asada burrito hits the spot at 2 am ...and helps with the hangover next morning. I used to go the every weekend after a party at UCSD. Now I stop by there every time I come to SD from LA....tradition, I guess
