I bought a used VW Passat w 30 war. I called for an oil change and "complimentary" multi - point inspection... I was told I needed new struts/ shocks, CV axle, trailing arm, lower control bushings.. and that I was too late for the warranty. The appointment THEY GAVE ME was 1 day over! I declined the repairs and received a "recommendation" with an estimate total of $3,834.77 that now "recommends" extras: Both strut mounts, both control arms and $345 for the...view more repair advise on a $9000 car they sold me... needing all these repairs. Clearly they don't do a multi-inspection on their own used cars. I got the cold shoulder and a sore a@@ and I didn't even get an oil change or dinner. These guys are scum, DON"T GO THERE!!!view less

Best buying experience

Great buying experience!

Excellent second time buying experience at Rancho Jeep. Sebastien made the second time around buying experience easy, smooth and speedy. From test driving several vehicles to driving our new Jeep Compass home we were in and out in less than three hours. Sebastien was able to get the vehicle we wanted with more options than we expected at a lower price and within our budget. All around great buying experience. You have definitely earned a return customer.

Great first experience!

I had a very good “first experience” at Jeep. I received very speedy and courteous service by Marley in service and Gus in parts. Their teamwork made my first visit very pleasant even if we were there due to an inconvenience, which was no fault of Jeep. Thank you Marley and Gus, your individual effort pays tribute to the entire team at Jeep. I have great confidence in the future service(s) I will receive at Jeep.

Kevin Tran was my salesman for my new 2012 Chrysler 300 purchased a week ago. He is very knowledgeable about the various new models offered by Chrysler Motors. Hermond Morad is the sales manager that I worked with in purchasing my new car. Unlike most sales managers, Hermond is jovial, helpful, talented and a terrific communicator – genuinely a joy to get to know. Importantly, I liked the fact that he was willing to be very competitive to earn my business. I had done my research ahead of time and knew exactly what other dealers throughout California and even Washington were offering on the Dodge Charger and the Chrysler 300. Hermond earned my business and I am extremely happy with the price.

Adolpho Villanueva was my finance guy that I worked with and he too was a joy to work with. He smiled the whole time even though it was midnight on a Friday. I had taken my time to evaluate all of my options on a Dodge Charger versus a Chrysler 300 for my specific car and negotiate the price. Adolpho got me excellent financing with Chase Bank and was very friendly as well.

My Chrysler 300 has the 8-speed transmission with the 3.6 liter 6-cylinder Pentastar engine that gets amazing gas mileage on REGULAR fuel. It has an incredibly smart interior, superior electronics, excellent safety features, has very well-built construction and is luxurious. All of this while having a very reasonable price. It cost about half of what the 2012 Audi A6 was going to cost me. The A6 was my original choice for a new sedan. When it came done to signing the sales contract, I just could not justify the expense of the Audi A6 which operates on PREMIUM fuel and honestly does not look that much better.

I had never owned a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep product before. However, Avis had rented me a 2011 Dodge Charger on a recent 2,100 mile business trip. I was so impressed with that car, that I knew I had to look at Chrysler products when I bought a new sedan. My 2012 Chrysler 300 lacks nothing in comparison to ultra-luxury brands that I have owned. I am a “Car Guy,” “Car Nut”, car enthusiast and don’t want to brag, but I have extensive experience with many luxury and ultra-luxury automobile brands. Over 3 decades, I have been fortunate enough to afford to purchase an Audi A8L, a Bentley Turbo R, 4 Lincoln Continentals, 3 Jaguar XJ sedans, 3 Roll-Royce motorcars and 2 Volvo sedans. I only mention this because my expectations of a new car dealership are extremely high.

Rancho Chrysler Dodge Jeep does not disappoint! Although the facilities are not as nice as those ultra-luxury brands and honestly need to be updated, it is the people in the dealership that really matter to me. Kevin Tran, Hermond Morad and Adolpho Villanueva have made a very favorable impression on me. I would not hesitate to recommend Rancho Chrysler Dodge Jeep to any of my friends. Excellent service department!

I was bringing my Wrangler in due to a recall notice on a possible programming issue. I have to say that I almost immediately noticed a significant improvement on how my Jeep ran (wish I’d known it was supposed to run that good for the past two years). We had always attributed the previous performance issues to a smaller engine than we had in previous vehicles - obviously that wasn’t the case. It’s running great now.

Worst car buying experience ever

Went to Rancho to buy a 2010 Challenger, the internet folks were the worst, had very little knowledge of the car.They were pushy and rude, the whole staff needs to be taught that customers are their job. The service department is even worse. Overall a very bad experience and would never reccomend this dealership for anything except to shut down.
