my whole family loves this great food.I am sure you will also
Good food, but go early, especially on weekends, as there can be a long wait. Parking also demands that you arrive early. Their lot is not that big. Food and service are great once you get seated. It can be noisy and crowded, that's because it's a Great Place to Eat Mexican Food!!!

San Diego is filled with delicious Mexican restaurants, this is not one of them. I am new to the neighborhood and was excited to see a Mexican joint close by. There is always a long line and people waiting to get in so I assumed this was THE place for a good Mexican meal. The first time I went in the wait was too long so we left. The second time we went for lunch and didn't have to wait long. I was surprised by how hot it was inside. No A/C! We sat on the patio which was a little cooler. I was with three friends and we all agreed that the food was mediocre and there are better places in SD for good tacos. I'm a vegetarian and they had nothing on the menu for me, beans with lard, ugh. Rice with chicken stock, sigh. I had the cheese enchiladas and they were so so, the sauce was bland, nothing special. My friends weren't crazy about their meals either and none of us took home our leftovers. If you are in the mood for good Meixcan food, don't start here. If you live in the neighborhood and you are hungry and don't feel like driving be prepared for maybe average food. Next time I'll make a burrito at home. Service was just okay. They brought our food before they brought our silverware! That about sums it up.
