Ocean Beach Tire Center & Auto Repair

I took my car into Ocean Beach Tire & Auto Repair by chance. I needed a diagnostic service to find out what specific part needed to be replaced. I had already stopped by three different "foreign car specialists" to get pricing on a diagnostic service and had been turned away from two other local garages where the mechanics told me they had sworn off German cars all together because they were such a headache to work on. Even though I was discouraged by my lack of results at the other garages I decided to make one last attempt to find an affordable diagnosis for my car.

I can tell you that there are few things in life I've been happier about and the fact that I stopped by Ocean Beach Tire & Auto Repair! Not only were they far less expensive for a diagnosis then the other shop, but the thoroughness and dedication to finding the problem with my car was by far above and beyond. I should mention that I am on an extremely tight budget, and in fact had no idea how I would possibly afford the repairs. I was concerned when I was told that my Mercedes would need a new fuel pump, cam position sensor, and a relay. And while there was no getting around the cost of the parts my car needed the staff at Ocean Beach Tire & Auto Repair worked with me in every way possible to make sure I could afford to have my car repaired.

One staff at the shop named Michael was very kind and knowledgeable and fixed my car in a very very short time! If anyone is looking for any type of car repair or tires for their car I very strongly suggest this shop. They stand for and practice that community and family oriented way of business that I saw in all the mom and pop shops in Ocean Beach in the early 1990's when I first moved here.

Everyone there, in my experience, is very honest extremely knowledgeable and kind. The manner in which they run their shop made my car repair experience less painful.
