National Pen Company

For Father's Day, I got a set of pens as a gift for my husband for his new business. When the pens arrived and we tried them out, the one I tried literally came unhinged and one part popped right in my eye. Thankfully I wasn't hurt. National Pen took the pens back to retest them. Of course they found nothing wrong with them but by then my husband no longer wanted the pens. We told them to keep the pens and we would eventually buy more in the future. I was told I wouldn't have to pay for them but some representative. Now since August I have been getting hounded by their Billing department to pay for the pens. Another time a representative told me I wouldn't have to pay and even sent me a 10% discount off my next order!
Every time (my husband and I together have called at least five times!) we ask to speak to a Supervisor, we are put on hold for over 30 minutes and then told a Supervisor will get back to us in 24-48 hours. Even a few minutes ago I received a phone call from a representative who was NOT a Supervisor. I keep getting the runaround with this company and can never get to a person who can truly help me. So now I'm pissed as I have spent HOURS dealing with this company.
And it's really a shame as I referred so many people to this company as we did use them once before for both our daughters' 8th grade and high school graduation. Everyone loved the pen gift. Never again. I will find another pen company or think of another gift. So not worth it!!

This company did not deliver on an important T-shirt order for a family reunion. The account executive who personally handled my order assured me I will receive it on time. When I was following up for the tracking. Umber, no one told me that they were not able to honor my order although they knew that morning. I only found out when my package was not shipped at close of business on the day of my event. The company had 2 weeks to complete this order and assured me they can do the work. It was only 36 t-shirts. Because of their incompetency, I had to find a local company to do the order and should have it completed in 12 hours. My event is not ruined because of National Pens. I will never use this company.
