I bought my first ever car for myself from Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa because I am a single girl in my 20's that needed a reliable car. I paid $24,500 and they sold me a "Certified Pre-Owned" 2009 Nissan Murano and promised it was in good shape with no mechanical problems. I soon learned that the car had just had two leaking head gaskets replaced and was in their service center for over 6 weeks with major repairs right before I bought it. Awesome. I've had nothing but problems since I drove it off their lot. It overheats, the electrical system drains power, the temperature and gas guages don't read accurately. Often it won't start, and I can never be 100% sure how much gas is in it. I've been working with them for months trying to get this issue resolved, but they've stopped returning my calls. I am still paying $400 per month for this lemon of a car and they won't take it back. Don't trust them, don't buy a car from them.

I bought my new car here, and I have been taking it to this Nissan for the past four times. However, this last time, the service department was absolutely inconsiderate and rude. They did not express sympathy nor the desire to apologize for the inconvenience they have caused. In general, they are very, very unprofessional, and they need to improve on their customer service skills. No need to explain in detail. It is too long of a story. Let's just say, this was a very unsatisfying and horrible experience that will be brought to corporate and whoever is in charge of this Mossy Nissan.

Wow, where do I start. I currently own two cars and I take them to different dealer and the difference is just night and day. I purchased a preowned car a year ago and initially I was impress. Unfortunately, after you purchase is complete, the customer service goes down the toilet. Their used car lot has a better service relation compared to the new car lot. Stay away from this lot, your presence is ignored unless you but a new car. I stood in front of the showroom across from the manager's desk and no one even bothered to ask if I have been helped. I am active duty with a business degree and I use this place as an example of what not to do. I left multiple messages and no one bother to call resulting in this. In comparison to the Ford dealer down the street is night and day. I didn't write this out of hate but to spread awareness to thos who are looking at purchasing from this location. Go somewhere else and save yourself from the headache of numerous calls and visits with no good results. One good thing about this dealer are the used car receptionist, they did helped but with limited success.

I now have my second car from this dealership and love it! My first car I bought and my new car is a lease. Both times they have been very friendly, knowledgeable and have amazing deals! The service is great and fast, I always get my oil changes, maintenance and everything done by this service department. Highly recommended for both your next purchase or service!

Made an appt for an oil change, brought my car in a bit early and my car was done in no time. Bringing your car in for service is normally something you dread but not at this place. Everyone is so accommodating, friendly and efficient. I received outstanding service and I will defnitely go back!

I always receive outstanding service when I come here. The salespeople are friendly but not intrusive, and especially the service staff is outstanding. They don't play games with warranties and even tell you if something you want to do would cost you more than it is worth. Couldn't be happier

I bought my Altima from Mossy Nissan El Cajon, but this one is centrally located. Just about anywhere I am in the county, I'm only a few miles from Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa. I was immediately greeted by a service rep who took only a few minutes of my time before my car was in service. The lobby was clean, comfortable and open. I also felt like others were enjoying this experience. You know you really can tell if you're gonna love your service shop if others are having a good experience. Way to go!

I bought my first Nissan from Mossy about 7 years ago over on Convoy. Very pleased with the salesperson and the whole process. A few cars later I decided to go back to Mossy to their new location on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. Nice clean building and lot even with on-going construction. Butch was very knowledgeable. In less than 2 hours I had done a test drive, negotiated a trade-in price, signed docs with finance and was out the door. GREAT JOB!
