So glad I found Morey. Had a different company come out to check on air conditioning unit. The guy got lost on his way here, and of course was late. He looked at it for 10 minutes and just said buy a new one, we can install it tomorrow for $5K, then wanted to come to my house to "fix" anything else he could think of.
Tech from Morey got here on time, no dumb questions, thoroughly inspected and even cleaned up the unit, fixed some of the insulation that had come loose, cleaned and inspected the ducts inside and out. Then gave me several options and suggestions. Did the repairs on time without interrupting my business and even came in a little under the estimate. I now have a three year service contract with Morey and feel relieved.

Customer service is superb. Ken, the estimator, listened to our concerns and found a solution that no other company thought of. The installer, John, was neat, organized and professional. I recommend them without hesitation.

My neighbor recommended Morey to troubleshoot my AC/heater wall unit. The receptionist was very polite and set up a time the very next day. John, the technician, arrived on time and was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in less than an hour. I would use them again and recommend Morey to anyone who has heating or cooling issues!

My AC needed repair and I was referred to Morey by a friend. I was EXTREMELY pleased with every aspect. The servicer arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and patient with all of my questions and concerns. My home was recently remodeled with new paint, cabinets and hardwood floors, and I was so grateful for the fact that he was clean, careful and respectful. And on top of all of that the cost was very reasonable. Morey definitely has a customer for life and I would recommend them to anyone.

I just had my air conditioning serviced by technician, John. He was excellent! I was running errands prior to receiving the call that he was on his way. He beat me back to the house, and after seeing my note that I stepped out, waited for me to return. He immediately got to work and fixed the problem very quickly. He is five stars for me!

We had Morey come out and do a diagnosis on my air conditioner our blower had gone out and since I have an old system they were still able to repair it by finding a new blower for us. We appreciate the service. Brian was our technician and he and his helper did a great job and the gentlemen were very polite. Also, the ladies in the office were very helpful. I would recommend these folks to my friends.

Ken Morey installed an air conditioning unit in our condo several months ago and in November repaired a broken water line outside and underground. In both cases he was knowledgeable, gracious, accommodating and provided excellent service despite the fact that we were not always present when the work was being done. His assistant and phone staff were helpful and pleasant in every contact.

I called and made an appointment doe the next day between 1-4. Called about 12 and asked if they could come early. John arrived about 12:45. Had to do some detective work to find the problem but found it, fixed it and charged a very reasonable price for the time he put in. Highly recommend.

I called for service on my air/heat unit, Ken the owner and his staff were amazing, fast service,explained what was needed and was so affordable, If i could give them ten stars I would I highly recommend them!

I found Morey on a website for business that service Trane AC units. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the woman who answered the phone when I called to set up an appointment. They called me 30 minutes before the repair person was due to arrive and let me know his name. I really liked that. The person who came out was John. He was knowledgeable and professional. We would happily refer this business to anyone and will use them in the future.

Morey Plumbing and Heating are GREAT! The woman who answers the phone is pleasant and asks the right questions. Brian is the service person who came out to our home to fix our air conditioner. He came out the same afternoon we called, fixed the immediate problem, and then came back a week later to do a thorough cleaning of the unit and even snaked our drains while he was there. Morey us a great company and I highly recommend them.

I'm really glad that I called Morey. They sent a great tech who knew exactly what he was doing and fixed my AC with no problem. He even cleaned it up for me. There was a fair amount of work to do but he did it expertly.!
