The Manna's team is the best! Top notch martial arts instruction, and the family atmosphere they have built with the after school program is remarkable. Highly recommended!



They do occasional "Parent's Night Out" and even sleepovers for holiday events - open to the public, the kids love it!

Cannot say enough good things about Manna's. Their martial arts training is excellent. Their after-school program is a parents dream. My daughter has been in both programs for a couple of years and has developed self-confidence and inner discipline. They are also very nurturing. As a working mom, I am so grateful that I have a place to send my children, that not only do they look forward to going to everyday, but is a place that I know they are getting excellent care and instruction. I highly recommend them.
