        Jay W. Henderson owns the firm and has been licensed to practice law in California since 1971. He is currently licensed in all California courts, Federal District Court, and the U.S. Tax Court. and before The IRS. He attended Church College of Hawaii, Laie, Hawaii from 1959 - 1961 where he studied pre-med, economics, music, and international relations. Jay then went on to Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree with dual major in Political Science and Economics. Following that, Jay attended Arizona State University College of Law, graduating in 1970 and was admitted to the California Bar in January of 1971. Jay W. Henderson owns the firm and has been licensed to practice law in California since 1971. He is currently licensed in all California courts, Federal District Court, and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Henderson was born and raised in California. He is married for 48 years with six children and 20 grandchildren. Being a licensed commercial pilot, author, teacher and musician makes him well rounded. This enables Mr. Henderson to relate to his clients on a more personal level, which is extremely important to him .
