BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. We bought a Mercedes from this dealer about a year ago. The car appeared to be in good shape when we test drove it and an independent mechanic gave it the thumbs up so we bought it. Within a few days after buying the car, the check engine light went on. We brought it back to JJ&O and they tried to convince us that it was the gas cap causing the issue. After taking the car into the dealership to check it, we found that the problem was actually the head ($2,000 repair). After driving the car for a year now, the power steering rack and pinion went bad ($1,000 repair), the stereo needed to be fixed ($100 repair), the power sunroof broke ($4,200 repair we skipped), and the passenger-side mirror controller module is now malfunctioning.

I highly recommend finding a better place to purchase your next vehicle. Judging from the other reviews on this dealership, our experience was not unique and you can expect to pay significant repair bills after purchasing the car. Either the mechanics at JJ&O are doing a poor job of evaluating the cars before they purchase them for resale, or the dealership knowingly purchases cars with major repair work needed and then performs the minimum repairs to mask the major issues lying underneath. Either way, you run the risk of paying quite a bit more for your car than the sale price if you purchase from this dealership.
