Thank you for coming in today and helping out my father and getting him set up with a new caregiver. I appreciate all the information and all the attention to detail that you provided us and I am looking forward in meeting the new gal that will be helping him. It is very refreshing to hear some of the things you went over about your services, your company and your beliefs in what “professional service” should be. On behalf of our family, I would like to say thank you so much to Jessica (Office Manager) for her incredible help in finding the appropriate care for my mom. Just this last week my mom went into hospice care in her home and Jessica worked with us to provide my mom with care giving support during this time of crisis and transition which she will now need permanently. Jessica was incredibly willing to help and sorted out a schedule of caregivers for my mom which seemed to make the impossible, possible. We deeply appreciate her effort going the extra mile.
