Great Locally Owned Pharmacy
I absolutely love this pharmacy and have been a loyal customer now for over five years. Every time I go in to pick up my meds I know I will be greeted with a big hug and great service. You don't get this kind of love from CVS or Walmart...
You can tell the staff and ownership care for you, your not just a customer your their friend. I highly recommend this pharmacy. -
Great Pharmacy
I recently moved to the Hillcrest area with my partner, John. After getting our medications at the CVS a few blocks away, we decided it would be better to support a local business. Are we glad we did! The staff is extremely nice and has accommodated us several times. You have the sense of professionalism when you walk in the door. The pharmacy gets my highest recommendation.

Exceptionally Poor Service
This pharmacy does not cover their bases in the least. After being informed via their staff that one of my key medication was no longer available via my insurance co-pays I had to switch medications with serious side effects. After two weeks of complete and utter disruption of my life, I later learned that my insurance did approve the medication and the pharmacist made an error in judgement. Hillcrest did not offer to compensate me and now will not serve me as an "ultimate slap in the face." Spare yourself the indignites of this organization, they do not deserve to be in business offering care to the public. It is obvious to me that they do not care in the least. We all make errors, its how we resolve them that sets us apart.

Worst Experience Imaginable

One of my medications that I depend on for my sanity was supposedly no longer available to me via insurance co pays. It was either pay $250 out of pocket or switch meds. After two weeks of insomnia and high anxiety I contacted my insurance to learn that Hillcrest Pharmacy was negligent in securing the proper information. My meds were available to me all along. I've suffered needlessly due to their incompetence. Don't let this happen to you!
