Welcome to FISH PUBLIC - the newest neighborhood restaurant concept from Tracy Borkum and Urban Kitchen Group, located in the heart of Kensington in the previous Kensington Grill location. The seafood menu features regional fare from across our oceans. Garnering inspiration and sourcing directly from the Atlantic's Gulf Coast, New England and English coast you will find such items as fish and chips; crab cake BLT; shrimp and grits; and steamed mussels. The Pacific Ocean influences come from the West Coast of America, Baja and the Pacific Rim. Dishes include ceviche del dia with avocado and fresh tortilla chips; grilled octopus with crispy shallots, pepper almond relish and arugula; crab cake; and assorted street tacos.
