These people do not care if you get your package, they left it at my old address which had a fumigation tent wrapped around the entire house. Now common sense would tell me to return it to the sender. When I called, they asked me for a tracking number which I never recieved from the sender and without that this company won't talk to you. I was on hold for 17+ minutes to find out they couldn't help and the woman wanted to just talk over me during the whole conversation. I know that this review won't hurt FEDEX but I sure wish it would. With customer service like this, they should be closed down by the BBB. I know that I won't use FEDEX EVER again.
