Too many commercials and previews of TV programs.
Recently went to see Social Network. The movie listing said 1:25 for the movie. We sat through 40 minutes of commercials before the movie started. The wait time was about half the length of the movie. I almost left as I had an appointment that I had scheduled according to when I thought the movie would be over. A " manager" was very unsympathetic and said that often the movie time is wrong on line. He also inquired "what time did your ticket say". The time on the ticket is when the ticket was issued. Regardless, they still showed 40 minutes of crap that I had to endure. I don't pay these high prices to sit and watch your commercials. Someone needs to "speak to corporate" The public is very unhappy with this.

I love this theater & sometimes win tickets to sneak previews. Instead of making you wait outside in the winter cold, they let you inside to wait there. The staff couldn't be nicer & I love the proximity to Panera Bread where I can eat lunch or dinner beforehand.

Help Comes Fast!
On the way to see a friendly fun film, I tripped over the doorway of the theater. This was because I had recently had total knee replacement in both knees and wasn't lifting my feet high enough. It only took a few minutes for staff to come to my aid and help me to my feet. On our family went to the film and fun.
I also thank the theater for providing plenty of Handicapped parking spots and for being handicapped accessible within the theater itself.
And one of the most enjoyable aspects at Edwrds is the IMAX Experience! Thanks Regal Group for a Family Fun Place for people of all ages.
