Automatic Transmission Repair Dr Trans Is Great....I have a older Mazda 2003. It started to have transmission slipping problems I live in the Kearny Mesa Area and check out a total of 3 shops in the area. End up going to dr. trans Chris the manager there was up front and didn't give me good news just to give me bad latter. He gave me three options one was just fixing the parts inside the other was a rebuilt transmission and the other a new transmission as with everything it's a cost to what you want out of my 10 year old Mazda so I chose to get a rebuilt transmission it cost me about 1800 bucks to have dr trans put it in and it’s been going strong for about a year now. The other day I thought I ears a noise coming from my transmission so I stopped by Dr Trans and had them take a look at it. Turn out it was a wire that stuck on some how on my drive shaft, how I don’t know. Chris remove it N/C and I was on my way. Nice that why the shout out and good review for dr trans.

You bet I would recommend Dr Ttrans. how do you really know if a business really does stand behind their work? I took my 2003 Toyota in for a complete transmission rebuild just over 3 years a go in June of 2009, I have had no trouble the entire time with the transmission that Dr Trans rebuilt for me. But just last week I thought I had ad issue with slamming when it changed gears. So I took it back to Dr Trans. they put it up on the rack made a some sort of adjustment and I have been good to go for the last week. The actual transmission was out of warranty, but Chris made the adjustment for free and had I taken my truck in like I should have for that last years free adjustment I probably would not of had this problem anyway. What a great place to do business with, in a day when folks put you on hold ,play loud music you don’t like, and give you solutions that only cost you more money… Dr trans stands behind their work and were nice enough not to charge me dime when they could have. I told the owner Chris that I would post an on-line comment. You will see this post in several places because of Dr Trans great transmission service. Thanks guys again. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it for under $300 dollars. I will refer Dr Trans to other people.

I use to burn thru transmissions like cigerettes! The I saw a TV ad for Dr.trans and this thing called a power flush, I get my transmission fluid changed every year with my Dodge truck I pull boats trailirs and drive in the sand allot. And no more transmission problems, Give Dr. trans a call and see how much a power fluch can help your transmiossion.

Had my 1992 Wrangler automatic transmission replaced by Dr. Trans a year ago, Came in for my annual power flush and they ask me to write a review. Following my must attend conference in the morning; I used the streets of San Diego avoiding the freeways to arrive at Dr. Trans Kearny Mesa. The diagnosis of my car transmission (which is a Honda Passport year 97 with over 135000miles) revealed that it required a total rebuilding task to repair. The decision to invest on my old car or purchase a newer car out of my plan required a critical analysis.
